Level 2 – Support Coordination

We help participants understand and implement their NDIS plans, coordinate a range of supports and build the skills needed to manage their services more independently.

Level 3 – Specialist Support Coordination

For participants with more complex support needs, Specialist Support Coordination provides a higher level of assistance to address complex barriers, coordinate multiple services and support the establishment of effective and sustainable support arrangements.
