Specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and tailored interventions for young people, adults, and culturally diverse communities, Odia is recognised for her ability to integrate mental health services within multidisciplinary teams, enhancing client wellbeing through innovative care and advocacy.

    She holds a Bachelor of Psychology, a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Science, and a Master of Social Work. Passionate about promoting recovery from a wide range of mental health challenges, Odia employs a holistic approach to assessment, planning, and intervention. Her expertise lies in utilising focused psychological strategies to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD, with a strong commitment to restoring health and wellbeing for each individual.
